n8n is an open-source automation tool you can self-host, which is why it keeps pulling me back when I want more control than a hosted service gives me.

Notion is where I keep my notes and my running lists of links, so most things I'm thinking about start their life in there.
ElevenLabs generates AI voices, and it earns a spot because voice work is a real part of making YouTube videos.

Kit is the newsletter platform I'm on right now, and every signup form on this site feeds straight into it.
Cal.com is open-source scheduling, so people can book time without the usual back and forth over email.
ClickUp is a project management tool for keeping tasks and projects in one place instead of scattered across notes.
